Preamble

TELTLK is a social networking service provided by TELTLK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "TELTLK LTD"). This Policy is designed to inform you of how TELTLK will collect, use, and store your personal information, and what rights you have in relation to your personal information. Please note that:

i. We will inform you of which personal information we will collect for a certain feature, how we will collect the information, and what purposes we will use such information for.

ii. During your use of some features, we will collect your personal information after obtaining your consent. For example,when you use "Find Mobile Contacts", we will collect the information of your mobile contacts; and when you use "People Nearby" and "Shake", we will collect your location information. Unless the provision of such information is required by the applicable laws and regulations, refusing to provide such information will only result in your inability to use the related features, and will not affect your use of other features of TELTLK.

iii. Currently, TELTLK will not share or transfer your personal information to a third party. If it is necessary for TELTLK to share or transfer your personal information to a third party, we will seek your express consent or verify that the third party has obtained your express consent before sharing or transferring the information. We will also evaluate the risks of sharing or transferring such information to a third party.

iv. Currently, TELTLK will not request your personal information from a third party outside TELTLK. If in the future, it is necessary for us to indirectly obtain your information from a third party for business development, we will inform you of the source from which we will collect such information, which information we will collect, and to what extent we will use such information before collecting the information. If we need to use your personal information collected from a third party beyond the extent to which you authorize the third party to use your information, we will seek your express consent before processing such information. We will strictly abide by the applicable laws and regulations, and require the third party to ensure the legality of the information it provides to us.

v. You can access, modify, or delete your personal information by following the procedures stated herein, or withdraw your consent, delete your account, report against another user, and set Personalized Ads and other privacy features.

vi. In order to collect your information under this Policy, or provide and optimize our services, and protect your account security, we will seek your authorization to access some information or features. The access to sensitive information or features such as Contacts, exact location information, camera, microphone, and album is disabled by default, and will only be enabled upon your express authorization. It is important to note that obtaining your authorization to access sensitive information or features is a necessary but not sufficient condition for us to collect certain information. Our acquisition of your authorization to access a sensitive feature shall not be considered that we will definitely collect your relevant information. We will only collect your relevant information when necessary and in accordance with this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

During your use of TELTLK services, TELTLK will collect your personal information (including the information you provide and that generated as a result of your use of a service) as follows to provide you with better services and protect your account security:

1.1 When you register a TELTLK account, we will collect your name, profile photo, and mobile number to help you with the registration and ensure the security of your TELTLK account. Mobile numbers are sensitive information, which is collected to support identity verification required by the applicable laws and regulations. Your failure to provide such information may cause your inability to use our services normally. Optionally, you may enter your gender, location, and other information as needed. You may also provide your voice biometrics information, which is sensitive information. Refusing to provide such information will only render the voiceprint feature unavailable to you, but will not affect your use of other features of TELTLK.

1.2 During your use of TELTLK services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the services, optimize the user experience and protect your account security, we will collect the basic information necessary for TELTLK to provide services for you, including your device model, operating system, Unique Device Identifier (a string that the manufacturer assigns to your device to uniquely identify the device), login IP address, TELTLK version number, the method, type and status of network connection, network condition, device accelerators (such as gravity sensor), operation logs, service logs (your searches and views in TELTLK, service failures, referral URLs, etc.), and other information.

1.3 When you use TELTLK's Moments feature, the text, photos, videos, comments, likes and other information you upload will be stored on our servers as necessary to implement this feature. Such information will be stored in an encrypted way. You may delete it at any time. Unless authorized by yourself or required by laws and regulations, we will not provide such information in your Moments to any third party or use it for any purposes other than implementing this feature.

1.4 When you use TELTLK's Official Accounts (Subscription Accounts and Service Accounts), TELTLK's Mini Programs, or other features, in order to provide better services (for improving the system and information security, supporting false message authentication, and providing more personalized services and content), TELTLK will use your action logs of: Official Accounts - following, unfollowing, and interacting, viewing content, making payments, adding to favorites, recommending or sharing content, or managing floating windows (adding/removing/closing floating windows); Mini Programs - logging in to, browsing, and using Mini Programs, adding/removing to/from "My Mini Programs", and managing floating windows (adding/removing/closing floating windows).

1.5 During your use of Official Accounts, Mini Programs, Mini Games, and other features, without your authorization, TELTLK will not disclose your personal information to the developers.

1.6 When you use TELTLK's "People Nearby", "Shake", "Join Private Group", "Mini Programs Nearby", and other features, we will record your location information upon your authorization, to provide you with relevant services. Such information is sensitive, and refusing to provide such information will only result in your inability to use the aforesaid features, and will not affect your use of other features of TELTLK. Optionally, you can disable the relevant features and clear your location information at any time.

1.7 When you use "Find Mobile Contacts", your mobile contacts information will be irreversibly encrypted, and we'll only collect the encrypted information. Such information is sensitive and refusing to provide such information will only result in your inability to use "Find Mobile Contacts", and will not affect your use of other features of TELTLK.

1.8 When you use voice input, speech-to-text conversion, perform "Search" on chat messages (including text and images), use TELTLK translation feature (including translating the text in chat messages and images), and "Scan" feature, we will collect your speech, the speech or text to be converted, the information to be searched, the information to be translated, the scanned information, and other information necessary for implementing the aforesaid features. After real-time processing, we will return the result to you and will not retain such information.

2. Storage of Information

2.1 Where the information is stored

Users' personal information collected from China's Mainland will be stored in a location within China's Mainland in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If it is necessary to change the location where your personal information is stored from China's Mainland to another location outside China's Mainland, the information transfer will be conducted in strict accordance with the applicable laws.

2.2 Information storage duration

In general, we will keep your personal information for a period that is necessary to fulfill a certain purpose, for example:

Mobile number: We'll keep your mobile numbers (including the number used for registering your TELTLK account and that linked to the account) during your use of TELTLK services to ensure your normal use of the services, regardless of whether you registered your TELTLK account using a mobile number or an existing TELTLK account. Such information will be deleted with the deletion of your TELTLK account.

Information in Moments: We will store any information you post in Moments to ensure your normal use of the Moments feature. The storage period ends upon your deletion of such information.

In the event that we discontinue providing our products or services, we will notify you of such change by sending a notification, posting an announcement, or other means, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period ("Anonymization" refers to the irreversible erasure or removal of sensitive personal information that leads to the information owner being identified. Any anonymized information shall not be considered as personal information.).

3. Information Security

We are committed to protecting users' information against theft, improper use, unauthorized access, or leakage.

We will use efforts not less than a reasonable degree of care to protect the security of user information. For example, we will use encryption technologies (such as SSL), data anonymization, and other methods to protect your personal information.

We will enhance the security of the software installed on your device using ever-improving technical means to prevent your personal information from leakage. For example, we will: perform partial information encryption on your device for secure data transmission; collect the information about the apps installed or the processes running on your device, or the data stored in the device memory to defend against viruses, Trojans, or other malicious programs or websites; analyze and use the data such as unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, and location information to take measures or issue alerts to prevent against illegal acts including Internet scam, account theft, and impersonation, and to carry out security inspection.

We have the relevant management policies, processes, and teams in place to ensure information security. For example, We strictly restrict personnel who can access the information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct personnel audits.

In the event of information leakage or any other incident related to information security, we will make immediate response to such incident to avoid the worsening of the incident and prevent it further affecting more users, and will notify you of the incident by sending you a notification or posting an announcement.

We will take all possible technical measures to protect your information but makes no guarantee or warranty that our technical measures will eliminate all security risks.

4. How We Use Your Information

In order to ensure the security of our services, and better keep track of the operation status of our applications, we may record such information as your frequency of using our applications, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the sources from which the applications are installed. We will not combine the information stored in the analytics software with any personally identifiable information you provide in the application.

If it is necessary for us to use your personal information for any purpose other than those stated upon our collection or beyond the scope in direct or reasonable connection with such purposes, we will inform you of the same and request your consent before using your information.

5. Share Information to Third Parties

In order to improve your user experience, such as optimizing advertising effects, we may need to share the information that has been anonymized or de-identified to third-party partners. TELTLK will require the receiving parties to strictly abide by our requirements for privacy protection, including but not limited to using technical processes in accordance with the data protection agreement, letter of commitment and related data processing policies to ensure that the information does not identify an individual.

Unless explicitly authorized by yourself, we will not share to our partners any information that can be used to identify your identity (such as your name or email address).

When you log in to TELTLK Mini Programs, websites, or any apps operated by third-party entities via your TELTLK account, we will provide your personal information to such third-party entities to the extent that you confirm in the relevant pages. Without your express consent, we will not provide your personal information to such third parties.

In the event of deals such as mergers, acquisitions, and transfers of assets on our side, we will inform you of the same and continue to provide or require new information controllers to provide at least as much protection as is provided herein for your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may share, transfer, or make public your personal information as required by applicable laws, regulations, and standards without requesting your consent, if:

a) The information is required for us to fulfill our obligations imposed by laws and regulations;

b) The information is directly related to national security or national defense;

c) The information is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

d) The information is directly related to a criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judicial decisions;

e) The collection and use of your information are necessary to protect your or other individuals' legitimate rights and interests, life safety, and property safety and your authorization for collecting such information cannot be obtained for some reason;

f) The information has been made public by yourself;

g) The information has been made publicly available in legitimate news coverage, governmental announcements, and other public channels.

6. Your Rights

TELTLK is designed in such a way that you can easily access, change, or delete your personal information and withdraw your consent regarding the use of your personal information and delete your account by following the steps below. The Report feature is also available in TELTLK for you to submit feedback, to which we will respond quickly. The operation procedures may vary with different operating systems or different TELTLK versions. We may adjust the operation procedures from time to time to optimize user experience. Therefore, the following procedures are for reference only.

6.1 Access personal information

6.1.1 Access your basic information including profile photo, name, Tickle, TELTLK ID, QR code, gender, region, What's Up, address, and invoice (fapiao) title:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap your profile photo;

3. Access your information.

6.1.2 Access your TELTLK ID, mobile number, TELTLK password, voiceprint, emergency contacts, device information, and more security settings (QQ ID, email address):

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "Account and Security";

4. Access the information you want.

6.1.3 Access the posts in Moments and Time Capsule:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "My Posts";

3. Tap the posts in Moments and Time Capsule you want to access.

6.1.4 Access and set privacy, authorization, subscriptions and other options in Games:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Discover";

2. Tap "Games";

3. Tap your profile photo;

4. Tap "More Settings";

5. Tap "Message Notifications", "Subscriptions", "Privacy", "Manage by Games" to configure the options.

6.1.5 Access blocked list:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "Privacy";

4. Tap "Blocked List".

6.1.6 Access your Channel information:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Channels".

6.2 Delete personal information

6.2.1 Delete private chat history:

1. After entering TELTLK, open a chat and tap the "..." icon in the upper right corner;

2. Tap "Clear Chat History".

6.2.2 Delete group chat history:

1. After entering TELTLK, open a group chat and tap the "..." icon in the upper right corner;

2. Tap "Clear Chat History".

6.2.3 Delete some messages in chat history:

1. After entering TELTLK, open a chat, and then tap and hold on long-press thea message you wish to delete to be deleted;

2. Select "Delete" to delete the message.

6.2.4 Delete What's Up, your address, invoice (fapiao) title and other basic information (QR code cannot be modified or deleted):

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap your profile photo;

3. Delete relevant information.

6.2.5 Delete a post in Moments:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "My Posts";

3. Tap the post in Moments you want to access;

4. Tap "..." in the upper right corner to delete the post;

5. Tap "Delete".

6.2.6 Delete Channels content:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Channels";

3. Select the content to be deleted;

4. Tap "..." in the upper right corner;

5. Tap "Delete".

6.3 Change personal information

6.3.1 Change profile photo, name, Tickle, gender, region, What's Up, address, and invoice title:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap your profile photo;

3. Make changes.

6.3.2 Change your mobile number, TELTLK password, voiceprint, and emergency contacts:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "Account and Security".

4. Make changes.

6.3.3 Change Channels profile photo, name, and bio:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Channels";

3. Tap "..." in the upper right corner;

4. Tap the section with your profile photo to make changes.

6.4Report

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "About";

4. Tap "Report".

6.5 Privacy settings

6.5.1 Enable or disable "Require Friend Request":

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "Privacy";

4. Enable/disable "Require Friend Request".

6.5.2 Set "Methods for Friending Me":

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "Privacy";

4. Tap "Methods for Friending Me" to select the methods for adding you as contacts.

6.5.3 Enable/disable "Moments":

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "General";

4. Tap "Manage Discover";

5. Enable/disable "Moments".

6.5.4 Manage Privacy settings in your Moments:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Settings";

3. Tap "Privacy";

4. Tap "Moments";

5. Tap "Hide My Posts" to view the list of contacts from whom you want to hide your Moments posts; tap "Hide Their Posts" to view the list of contacts whose Moments posts you want to hide;

6. You can set "Viewable to Friends";

7. You can set "Make Last 10 Moments Public".

6.5.5 Set privacy for contacts:

1. After entering TELTLK, select the contact for whom you want to set "Privacy";

2. Select the contact's profile, and tap "..." in the upper right corner;

3. Tap "Privacy";

4. Make changes in "Set Privacy Settings " or "Moments & Status".

6.5.6 Set location visibility and the contacts to whom your Moments posts are shared:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Discover";

2. Tap "Moments";

3. Long-press the "Camera" icon in the upper right corner;

4. Set "Location", "Share With", "Mention", and other options.

6.5.7 Set blocked list in Channels:

1. After entering TELTLK, tap "Me";

2. Tap "Channels";

3. Tap "...";

4. Tap "Privacy";

5. Tap "Blocked List".

6.5.8 Log in to websites or apps other than TELTLK with different personal information:

1. On another website or app that supports login using your TELTLK account, tap "Log in via TELTLK" or the icon representing TELTLK;

2. Use different personal information (another profile photo and name) or create new user information (new profile photo and name) to log in to the website or app. You are not allowed to select or create a different region and gender for such login.

7. Amendments

This Policy may be updated, revised, amended, or modified as appropriate from time to time. In the event of any updates, changes, or amendments to any provisions in this Policy, we will provide you with the changed Policy by pushing a notification, showing a pop-up, or other means when you log in to TELTLK or the app version is updated.

8. Protection of Minors

We place great value on the protection of minors' personal information. As required by applicable laws and regulations, any user under the age of 18 shall obtain the written consent of their parent or statutory guardian prior to the use of TELTLK service. If you, as the parent or statutory guardian of a minor, have any questions about the personal information of minors, please contact us as stated in Section 9.
